CSA Matthew Priddis Pre Season Football Academy

Matthew Priddis, along with other high profile West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers AFL players, will host the third Corporate Sports Australia football Academy.

AFL Players will guide and educate young aspiring future AFL players forwarding them valuable information that may assist them with achieving their sporting dreams.

The Academy will take place over two weeks in March, Pre AFL season. The program will offer the 2011 Academy attendees a unique opportunity to gain access to professional advice which should help them reach their full potential. The first week the Football Academy commences, there will be three two and a half hour football sessions with high profile AFL players.

AFL draft simulation fitness tests will be completed in the second week. The attendees will be tested in a similar format to that of the AFL draft camp and also the NFL draft camp in the USA. These results will be forwarded in a personal report that will give the attendees the opportunity to compare their fitness levels to that of future AFL Draftees.

In addition to the testing, a number of educational sessions will be conducted to assist each and every participant in maximizing their physical development. These will include:

  • Stability Education
  • Weight advice
  • Diet & Nutrition education
  • General principles of training(pre-season and post season)
  • Three football training sessions hosted by Matthew Priddis and other high profile AFL Players.
