About:
Tall ruckman who has joined Carlton after three seasons with Fremantle. Was keen to return home to Victoria
and grab a No. 1 ruck spot after being understudy to Aaron Sandilands. Played nine matches last year before shoulder surgery finished his season. Excellent kick, strong mark and taps the ball well. Had a pre-season setback with a stress fracture in his foot. Considered an important long-term player for the Blues.
